Please note that any delays in shipping caused by you or at your request, or any errors resulting from inaccurate or misleading information provided by you or your representatives, may result in additional storage costs and other associated risks that will be solely your responsibility.
If any products are lost or damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with us. However, once DHL or ELTA confirms delivery of a package, we cannot be held responsible for its security. In the event that a package is reported as delivered but is later found to be missing, please contact us immediately.
Please note that you will be responsible for any fees incurred by us for address corrections if DHL or ELTA charges us for redirecting your package to the correct address. This may occur if, for example, you provided an incorrect address, requested delivery to an alternate address, or failed to inform us of a change of address before we shipped your order.
